Contemporary BAL40 Home
This architecturally designed contemporary home was a challenging project from the outset, built on an extremely difficult block with a BAL40 bushfire rating.
Working within the constraints of the site, the build required careful planning, considered construction methods and close attention to detail throughout. The result is a striking contemporary home that sits comfortably within its surroundings while meeting the demands of its location.
The home features a high level of quality throughout, with carefully selected finishes and attention to detail that can be seen in every part of the build.
