Contemporary Home Builders in the Blue Mountains

At Wooldridge Building, we build contemporary homes throughout the Blue Mountains, with a focus on quality, thoughtful design and getting the details right.

Building in the mountains can come with its challenges. Steep blocks, difficult sites and BAL requirements all need to be considered from the start. We have experience working through these challenges to create homes that are comfortable, practical and suited to their surroundings.

We also incorporate solar passive principles into our builds, making the most of natural light, warmth and ventilation wherever possible.

Whether you’re starting with your own plans or need help developing an idea, we’ll work with you to create a home that suits your block, your lifestyle and the way you want to live.

From the first conversation to handing over the keys, Wooldridge Building is here to make the process simple and build a home you’ll love.
