This modern, brick home was constructed in a BAL-40 zone on a sloping block. Split levels and retaining walls allowed us to create a large open living area on the ground floor. Bringing in huge amounts of natural light in the large 6 metre high atrium. This building incorporated a curved wall and different angled wings to make the most of the natural light and add some creative shape to this home
