We built this beautiful contemporary family home back in 2021. Built amongst tall eucalypts in a quiet cul-de-sac in Blackheath, this house attracted a BAL_FZ rating to most elevations, with some achieving BAL-40. Despite this, we managed to create a sleek modern home with minimalist finishes and plenty of natural light. This house features double glazed aluminium windows and various James Hardie cladding installed to flame zone requirements.
