This contemporary extension was completed on one of the oldest properties in Wentworth Falls. Although the existing house had plenty of character, it was lacking when it came to comfort and practicality. This extension makes the most of a solar passive design, with strategic window placement and alignment of the building, the sun works in conjunction with the exposed Burnished slab to keep the house warm in winter and cool in summer. In slab Hydronic Heating and double glazed Blackbutt windows make this the perfect living space for the Upper Blue Mountains
